I honestly don’t even know why I bother going to these nail salons anymore. They are TOOOO machine file happy. I specifically asked not to get my nails filed by the machine, whilst understanding that it might take some time to take off my gel polish with just acetone. The BEST pedicure I've ever had!! Nina is AMAZING!! In 35 years of getting my nails done, I have never had such a wonderful pedicure where she didn't tickle me. I am very ticklish on my feet. She is wonderful! She also did an awesome job on waxing my eyebrows. I will definitely be making all of my appointments here and with her!!
I came here cause my usual spots closed and right away. I loved how Lux and modernly looked very clean. Very organized & professional. The front desk was very welcoming and the pedicure chair was new was able to plug in my phone to charge and get some work done. I got partnered up with Tina who is just super friendly from the get go offered me a water right away sat me down, asked about my request which I loved and gave me a phenomenal massage, definitely will come back and ask for Tina 🤍✔️🙏🏽
Usually they do a good job and are quick. This time the woman I saw (desk closest to cash register) had her coffee on the customer side right in front of me. Spent 45 minutes filing my nails just so she could ask me if I wanted every single add on multiple times. “Are you sure no French nails? They make your nails look better? Your eyebrows need done are you sure not today? It’ll be quick.” The entire time she was filing. The nails were subpar, I paid $54 plus a $6 tip for nails that are very uneven and have cuticle flooding... read more
