We are first time home buyers and Chad was amazingly helpful, kind and great at keeping me calm. Chad got wind that I was panicking and he called me on his own time just to reassure me that everything was going to be alright. He got us an amazing interest rate and was so sweet to my toddler when she had to join us in the office. Highly recommend!
