Great staff and lots of open spaces to sit. Free valet parking and parking garage for patients and visitors, wheelchairs available at the main entrance. Plenty of elevators and a nice little coffee shop on the main floor.
Very friendly staff. Greeter, Katie, is super nice. The valet are hard workers and do a great job.

Ease of parking, friendly staff, clean and easy to navigate inside. Food prices for waiting room and coffee shop are high, but expected I suppose for a medical complex/hospital.
