The women who did my MRI at the Hemphill location were nice and chatty but honestly shouldn’t be working with patients. I have severe anxiety and they forgot to give me the ball to squeeze when inside the mri and I needed to take a break about 2 minutes in and and was shouting for them to help me or answer me and they didn’t for almost the entire 30 minutes MRI scan! Carolina and Serenity made me very comfortable today as I did my brain scan for the first time in my life. They were very timely and professional. I wouldn’t mind them assisting me again
So grateful that we have the Midtown option for imaging! My daughter has needed X-rays twice this year, and at the moment we are cash pay only. I was quoted upwards of $700 for a 3-view X-ray at a nearby facility. I paid $60 for the same trying at Midtown!!! Such a blessing, and everyone was lovely, including Alicia, the lady who checked us in and validated our parking. Wait times were reasonable and the facility is well kept! Can’t recommend enough!
had such a great experience last night for my MRI. I have never had a front staff personnel be so helpful. I have an implanted device and was the first time having an MRI since having it implanted and was very nervous about protocol. Sarah made sure that I had everything I needed and in order before I ever got there and then helped me fill out paperwork once there. Adam and Lien were so great during the process.
