Sarah at the front desk was awesome helping me with the stack of paperwork. Nick and Tommy helped me thru the MRI as I have Claustrophobia They were patient, answered questions and pleasant. I highly recommend having an MTI at this location.
Horrible place. My insurance card imprinted with instructions to not to collect any fund up front but they charged me the entire insurance discounted amount snd turned around submitted claim to insurance company which was paid from my medical reimbursement account. Basically they got paid twice for the same service!!! Calling for refund but no word. So be careful of your charges!!!!
Definitely would NOT recommend this place. They are not thorough at all. I am having Di/Di twins so there are two placentas. Went in for an ultrasound and they forgot to note the other placenta on the report! Then all during the ultrasound of MY babies I was told that I could not ask questions. The horrible sonographer I had was Anneka.

Appointment was the day after Dr ordered the test. I got there early but was seen at my appointment time. Staff was very courteous. The imaging tech was wonderful and extremely sensitive to my pains. She gets an A+.
Quite delaying sending patients medical records. After 2 weeks I'm still waiting. I called today to find out someone forgot to send them.
waited much longer than expected, way passed my appt time. I guess that happens sometimes, but everyone was very kind.
