I had a great experience at Midtown Medical Imaging in Fort Worth. Lee and Alex were very polite and caring, I recommend this place.
Thank you to Lee and Shane at Midtown Medical Imaging on Hemphill St. They took very good care of me during the MRI of my right knee. Made the experience less scary. I would recommend this location for MRI needs. Thank you.
Sarah at the front desk was awesome helping me with the stack of paperwork. Nick and Tommy helped me thru the MRI as I have Claustrophobia They were patient, answered questions and pleasant. I highly recommend having an MTI at this location.
Horrible place. My insurance card imprinted with instructions to not to collect any fund up front but they charged me the entire insurance discounted amount snd turned around submitted claim to insurance company which was paid from my medical reimbursement account. Basically they got paid twice for the same service!!! Calling for refund but no word. So be careful of your charges!!!!
