I have to just say thank you to each and everyone of the staff at Midtown Medical. Every single one of you are awesome and on top of every issue I have had. From the girls in the front to the nurses the medical students soon to be Dr's and to all the Drs practicing or doing their residency. I have no complaints. Thank you for caring about your patients and going the extra mile, that is very rare these days. I appreciate each one of you. Oh I almost forgot the people in scheduling, you rock.
Maintaining for my good health is all I need in here. Professionalism, work ethics, hospitality and friendly staff. How I wish they have a branch here in Goshen Indiana. Some IV Therapy here are totally different and I miss the Midtown Medical in Norman Oklahoma.
Overall I’ve received proper care, however, expertise can widely vary from one practitioner to the next. I try to stick with the ones who prove they are competent, empathetic, and advocates for their patients. I am a chronic pain patient. In my personal experience, I have received needed treatment in a timely, routine manner. Referrals are given when requested, but there’s a delay in the processing of them by their department.
