I don't want to post a negative review, but if I didn't, I would be lying. This was the sixth time that I have had pancreatitis. Therefore, I am very familiar with the symptoms. All of my symptoms were the same as in the past. I came to the hospital expecting to be admitted as I had been in the past. After my CT Scan, the nurse practitioner came in to talk with me. Caring nurses, doctors, and medical staff. They took great care of my father who was transported by EMS with serious health issues. RNs Tyler and Crystal were great.
I recently visited this facility for assistance and was met with treatment that was both unprofessional and inappropriate. During my visit, a nurse repeatedly mocked me by calling me a “baby” multiple times after I explained a legitimate medical condition and personal concerns. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also a direct violation of patient dignity and respect standards outlined in healthcare ethics. Came by ambulance got side wall service then moved to lobby waited hour to get admitted to ER then sitting in lobby again for 3 hours and still waiting and they say long most wait time is 127 minutes more like 127 hours
