The nurse “Andrew” who brought my daughter in to get her vitals and talk to her about what was going was amazing. He really talked to her in a real one on one that she really needed to hear from someone other than her father. Thank you Andrew for making my daughter listen to you with what I’ve been trying to tell her forever.
I came here a couple of times for my daughters care. I was always seen fast only 5 mins for a dr vist. My daughter was having a really bad eye infection and they just gave us cream and called it a day. The nurses are rude , don't have any bedside manners. The front desk workers looks like they can't/ dont wanna be there and do there job RIDICULOUS!!! The hospital looks like it hasnt been cleaned in idk how long. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. Unfortunately have been to this ER several times over the last month. Molasses has moved faster uphill than the staff here. Oh, and please CLEAN/SANITIZE/DISINFECT YOUR WAITING ROOM!! It's disgusting...hair all over the chairs and I don't even WANT to know the identity of the mystery smudges in the picture. The check-in process remains slow and excruciating even with two people at the first desk. It'd be easier to enter the Pentagon during an active shooter situation.
