I am currently in this er and they allowed my fiance with severe epilepsy to be allowed to walk out into the waiting room in just a bra and Iv access left exposed along with bloody gauzes. Then when she had a seizure in the lobby around multiple kids they still make her sit out in the waiting room
Just left the ER unsatisfied with their service I had to stop before they even continued on. RED FLAGS. Nurse was rude as hell and the list goes on. I left out.
Very poor quality as far as team care. Potential blood clot not given timely care in hospital er at Midtown. Very poor service.
Very efficient I was in pain passing a huge kidney stone and the Dr rushed the test and got me on meds to immediately start my recovery. The nursing staff are truly amazing they treated me like family.
