Son had a head injury and it took 2 1/2 hours almost 3 just to be seen by the Doctor
From out of town and had a medical emergency. Went to this hospital and every negative review is correct. Rude and insensitive staff, especially whoever the “nurse” was up front. And I mean the “nurse” at the desk by the safety officer, not the kind person sitting at the computer when you first walk in. Came to this ER cause my husband had a very high blood pressure and was shaking terribly with a pain in his chest. He felt he was going to collapse. I ask for help from the vehicle. I got a wheel chair and had to get him out myself, no help! Got signed in and waited in line (with him visually shaking and saying he needs someone to check him. Visiting the area for a graduation at Ft Benning and my daughter had a recurring allergic reaction that was treated by EPI, steroids and antihistamines in Athens Ga the day before. We sat in the waiting room for hours as her symptoms progressively got worse. There were no updates NOTHING. When I asked if they had an idea of how long the wait would be NOTHING.
