Living in lot #129, people who are in #130 have 3 dogs,pit bull, no leashes. Dog do in my yard so bad. I do not want to mow. Several months too many dogs pooping in my yard... When they are on leash to their shed, it is right next to my blackberrys... Not eating them.... Knocked down one of my bushes.. Told management now for several months.. Calling police today. I hope it helps.. Where is common decency?
