Stark is great! I need a lot of conference room time, and the suite has a variety of options, with a very robust and reliable reservation system. My clients always get a warm welcome; everyone appreciates the clean bathrooms; and the pantry has everything I need to offer coffee to guests and to warm up my lunch. Very happy here!

We have been with Stark for 3 years and are very happy with in our rental space. Stark has been accommodating, clean, professional, and very responsive. In the past we’ve been with other leasing companies who have nickel and dimed us for everything. Stark does not. The Stark receptionists and Senior Site Manager are exceptionally friendly and helpful to our staff, as well as our clients.
