Arthur runs the company and is a fantastic locksmith. He came out next day and re keyed my Schlage lock, was fast, courteous, and reasonably priced. I enjoyed working with him and would most certainly use him again. He even explained some newer technology for keys that allow for a master key that is different from a tenant key. Like they and opted not to use that option. I felt that he was educating me not "up selling " me. Great job.
This place came on high recommendation from my doorman in the building! The Locksmith was knowledgeable and got the job done quick and right!
