CRIMINAL. They tried telling me I need a pre-authorization for an MRI and because I needed surgery and my pain level was so bad, I didn't have time to wait and paid in full out of pocket. First of all, they never provided me with an itemized bill so I could submit the charge to my insurer, and even after I asked for one and was promised something I never received anything. Terrible service. I knew more about the procedure than they did. Zero customer service.
This was the most painful mri I've ever had. It was an hour of complete torture in there. Any other places I've been to have not taken this long and have not given me any problems. Would not recommend.
Traumatizing! The place is filthy, there were patients eating peanuts & leaving the mess all over the floor in the waiting room, they have Telemundo on the TV which is not very helpful for non Spanish speaking people when the wait is as horrendous as it is (2+ hours) and the bathroom doors don't lock. Worst part of all, one of the doctors were subpoenaed while I was waiting, which was not very comforting! Being this is a healthcare office, I don't know how they have not been shut down for how disgusting the office is. The on... read more
