Tommy and lucky were amazing
Worst ever service department I have ever dealt with. Honda crv hybrid comes with a tire kit instead of spare tire, mine burn out first time I tried to use it without completing the repair while my car still under warranty 20,000km only and service department said warranty does not cover the kit, it’s like buying a new tire and when you try to use it you find out it’s torn. Kit came with defect, that is why it blow out first try. Mechanics do good job, the problem is the service advisers.
One start is more than enough. They are kind of OK when you are first dealing with. Only that time. If you have anything to deal with finance, you absolutely will spend more than 1 week to wait. They do not have a word for promise and or appointment. He is changing the word every time. If you have too much time by yourself with huge patient, yes, this is the place.
I had a great experience with my recent service of oil change and car detailing, My service advisor Sonia Stojadinovich was super professional and kept me well informed of updates on my service in an instant, felt like i was in a luxury car company. My service specialist Josh did an amazing job with the car and made it feel brand new. Happy to choose Midtown Honda
