The “one‑hour visit” I was promised turned into a three‑hour sales pitch. The representative said he wasn’t a salesman, but used pressure tactics, claimed sudden openings, and said a shorter proposal period would be cheaper. After I signed, he told me that if he had seen my cars earlier, I “wouldn’t have gotten the deal” I did, which made it clear the price was based on what he thought he could get. FANTASTIC.  We had an excellent experience with Midtown.  It started with Mark and Daniel who stopped by to see if we were interested in any outdoor improvements.  Told them my husband and I were interested in having a new fence installed.  He asked us some questions and told us a little about their company.  Very courteous and nice.   He set up an appointment for someone to come to our house the next day at which point we met with Jackson.  He also represented the company very well.  He was extremely knowledge about the pro... read more

Terrible experience with this company. They built a deck that's the wrong size, the project isn't finished, and it's one excuse after another. Look elsewhere for a home improvement contractor.
