I've called numerous times, no answer. Then I called the administrative number because all I wanted was to know what first steps I had to take if I had no insurance but wanted a pap smear under the BCCP program. I told administration that they don't answer the phone and still they gave me their number and was eager to get off the phone. Never helped me. And the clinic never answered. F for public service.
They don't answer phones during business hours. I had a mobile mammogram appt n the machine wasn't working and they never even rescheduled. My friend walked in they said no walk ins, that she needs an appt. How you going to make an appt if they ain't answer your calls? So you gotta go in person just 2 make an appt? Wth, how a clinic don't take walk ins?
The absolute worst why get into the medical field if your not going to do your job professionally long waits, uninformative and very inexperienced staff left my appointment feeling like I was diagnosed properly got an second opinion and I was right these ladies most definitely are on the wrong field.
