Never met before Chuck till he made delivery in person and I'm very impressed how professional he is.
I bought 2 used forklifts from them, 1 Yale and 1 Toyota. The Toyota had an oil leak after a month and I called them and they came right away and fixed it free of charge. Definitely a 5 star company!
Great guy to deal with. Bought an electric Yale forklift from them. Runs great and much cheaper then all the others.
