This place is actually not fit for living, and they need to be checked. The apartment studio i was in started smelling bad and very funky and i started seeing signs of mold on the walls in the bathroom. A couple months later I started seeing a water bubble on the bathroom ceiling, turning into a big hole in the ceiling and flooding the apartment turns out a pipe was broken. Location is the only good thing about this place. It used to be quiet and fairly clean. Since new company took over, it's disgusting. Hallways and stairways are horrible. People leave furniture in random cubbies near the stairwell. Floors are disgusting and NEVER cleaned. They have no onsite groundskeeper outside of maintenance who only pick up in the driveway. There ripping people off every one got greedy especially the landlords it obsered what these places are charging people. And people wander why we have a homeless problem!
I want to thank Omar for the great work he does. I recently did a work order, and Omar came in to my apartment and explained to me step-by-step and what he was going to fix it was gonna take. He was very patient with me and very respectful such a nice guy to work with.
