If there was a lower rating I would maybe score this place of business with that score. Never at the location when they say they would be. Never answers the phone or returns calls. I have filed a complaint with the attorney generals office just for $76 for my contacts that I ordered a year ago!!!!!!!!! How do they stay in business.
Granddaughter has been waiting on her glasses since January 19th 2023 and they still haven’t arrived. The staff NEVER answers the phone. She FINALLY received them the end of APRIL. My grandson appt. was February 17 and he still has not received his as of MAY 29,2023
THIS PLACE IS NEVER OPEN. WHE. I DIS GET IN. ORDERED CONTACTS. NEVER RECEIVED. SAID MY INSURANCE REJECTED THEM. SO I LAID OUT OF POCKET. SAID ID HAVE THEM IN 2-3 DAYS. END OF DAY 4. NO CONTACTS AND IM ON MY LAST PAIR. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.
They are never open, never answer their phone. Bad customer service. They will schedule your appointment on a day that they are not open. Please do not call this place terrible very terrible
Twice now I’ve called ahead to ensure the doctor was running on time because I have a tight schedule and twice now the doctor is “late back from lunch” and needs to push his appointments back later. This doctor is so rude and only cares about himself - your time means nothing to him. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
