Emily and Juvilyn are amazing leasing agents/contact persons when we decided to rent an apartment from CAPREIT. They were open and very responsive, helpful and flexible with the myriad of requests that we had prior to moving in. Emily was there to guide us and answer any questions we had. My package was stolen by another tenant in the same apartment building. The management refuses to provide surveillance footage or the tenant’s room number and won’t assist in retrieving the package, claiming it’s a legal matter. They are completely unhelpful in protecting residents’ property and even show discrimination against other ethnicities. If your package has been stolen, fine, help yourself cause no one can help you.
