Unnecessary and dishonest replies to reviews should have been the first red flag. Lying about services that weren't performed, and blaming your incompetence on your customers, is unethical. Just like the way you violate HIPAA regulations in failing to maintain access to patient's medical files and personal files is unethical. While I don't see you HIPAA violation listed in the wall of shame, I assume it's due to you minimal client base.
