I’ve been seeing Mandy for cleanings for a few years now, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. When I first came in, my gums were in pretty bad shape. I used to have a lot of bleeding during cleanings, and I assumed it was just genetic since both my parents have the same issue. The dentist is great. I only see him for a few minutes at the end of my appointment, but he’s very friendly and professional. The front desk staff is also warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, the hygienist is not as pleasant. She’s not overtly rude, but she has an abrasive and unfriendly manner that makes the experience uncomfortable. It often feels like she’s irritated with the patients and doesn’t enjoy her work. I find it difficult to sit through cleanings with her, and for that reason, I’ve decided not to return.
