I have a phobia of dentists and teeth work and literally haven’t been to a dentist in years but this was so great. They had dental goggles, all the x ray and 3-D scanning equipment on site, chapstick and could consult on everything right then and there. Dr. Kenneth Cheung and Nadege the assistant were so gentle and the Netflix screens helped keep me distracted.
I really enjoyed Dr Winter but their administrative staff is impossible to work with. I was told 4 different times that I would get a call back by end of day to confirm an insurance issue and was never contacted (this was over the course of 2 months). When I submitted a form to get my x-rays and treatment plan transferred to another dentist for an appointment a few days later they never sent the documents. I had to call twice from my other dentist’s office and they promised they were sending the documents within a few minute... read more
