There were instances where the wrong data was entered into the electronic file and the the different departments were unaware of the complete treatment plan during each visit. Dentist was not proactive in correcting clinical concerns and office filed incorrect, and perhaps fraudulent, claims through my insurance. Office and Dentist did not seem invested in correcting poor personal care or business related issues.
