The staff was friendly but the office seemed disorganized. There were instances where the wrong data was entered into the electronic file and the the different departments were unaware of the complete treatment plan during each visit. Best practice was not followed, resulting in unnecessary expenses and incomplete treatment. Dentist was not proactive in correcting clinical concerns and office filed incorrect, and perhaps fraudulent, claims through my insurance. Office and Dentist did not seem invested in correcting poor personal care or business related issues.
