I live this visit was beautiful we have a great experience with all the staff the MD was very patient with my daughter who is only 8 yrs old and had 2 cavities sealed quick and very transparent.
Excellent dental care by Dr. Chen. Excellent staff with extreme professionalism. Always accommodating and friendly to me with a family atmosphere. Best Dentist service in NY!!
My whole family has been coming here for several years (my daughter since she popped her first tooth), and it's the absolute best. Dr. Chen is thorough, caring, and, for anyone with dental anxiety, extraordinarily patient and gentle. The best!
I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. I don’t usually leave reviews, I’m more of a reader, but for this place I had to. In the past, I’ve struggled to find physicians who genuinely care about their patients. There have been times when I felt like nothing more than a name on a schedule, like my concerns didn’t matter. I’ve been going here for years, ever since Dr. Chen took over my old dentist’s practice. She and her whole staff are the absolute BEST. I don’t fear coming here but rather enjoy it. Thorough, gentle, and kind— she explains everything so you understand and always has time to answer questions.
