Midtown builds high quality homes! We purchased one of their spec homes this year, and got it early enough to be able to customize some things to our taste. Laura, Morgan, and the team really helped us make the place our own. We are new to Raleigh, and were a bit concerned about what might be "left out" of a spec home, but Midtown truly thought of everything. Quality construction and finishes throughout!
