Super helpful and honest
Doug did an excellent job cleaning our fireplace. He was prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Even though it’s a very old chimney, he made it look brand new. He was also very kind to our dog. We will definitely have Doug clean our chimney moving forward. Thanks for the excellent service. You were fantastic!
We moved in May and wanted to get our fireplace inspected to see if we could use it. They came out and said it could be, but would need some repairs, a heat shield and a chimney cap. On the day they came out to do the repairs, Jake realized that our fireplace was too small and they had incorrectly calculated so they could not guarantee that smoke would exit properly and it might come back in the home. I’m new to town. Midtown Sweeps was came highly recommended, and I can see why. Doug was courteous, careful and clean(up’s). We have two chimneys that need a lot of work (inserts, etc). I look forward to seeing the work completed and will be posting again soon.
Doug was awesome, prompt, and very friendly. Major bonus for being great and very friendly with our animals :) we will be using again next year and will be hoping for Doug again!!!
