AWESOME!!! I had a last-minute surprise requiring repairs to our fireplace prior to closing the sale of our home in a week. I engaged several companies, but it was Easter week. The only ones to respond was Midtown Chimney Sweeps. They proposed a course of action that made total sense and quoted a very reasonable price. They guys did an amazing job that was not easy. They made a minor mistake and told us about it before they left then came back when they had the materials and finished it up. Will be using the every year from now on.
We reached out to get our chimney cleaned and capped. Jon was very responsive an excellent! He addressed all of our concerns promptly. I was impressed by his commitment to honoring the old quote since we didn't have any changes in the scope of work. His work was efficient and solid, leaving us with a clean and properly capped chimney. I highly recommend this company for the professionalism and quality of service.
