We really appreciated the time Marcus took to explain everything. Ours is so old and too far gone to really just clean but he still took the time to explain why, how, and even give cost projection estimates for various options to replace and fix.
I paid over $400 for them to clean and inspect the fireplace on a newly purchased property. After they said they finished, they said I would need to repair cracks in the chimney, so I got quotes. During further inspection, it was discovered that they didn't clean it well at all. Had leaves, ash and other debris is the chimney and a lot of large chunks of flammable creosote, enough to fill a shop vack. And the clean out was full. Our fireplace was left clean, and we were assured that it is safe. Marcus left the area clean and was courteous and helpful throughout.
Highly recommend this company! Today we had Marcus come out to do an inspection of our fireplace, and do a chimney sweep, and he was awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable and helped us figure out the solution to our problem. He even gave me some advice about how we can disperse heat more throughout our house (yay!).
