We've had other sweeps and could never find one we trusted, we have found Midtown Chimney Sweeps to be the professional, knowledgeable sweeps we dreamed about. They have integrity. We had a problem with the result of the initial sweep. They came back (90 miles each way) the next work day and resolved the problem, at no cost to us. Amazing integrity. Very professional, willing to explain, and listen. This is the team for us! Thank you to Dan and Levi!
Quoted me $2900 to install a small 850 sq.ft. electric pellet stove...that I have all of the materials for. 🤯 2 holes in the wall and tacking up a stove pipe. Non-committal on how long it will take. Although I suspect 4-6 hours. I'm in the wrong business. Lol
My experience with these guys has been terrible. First they came out on the wrong day. Then I had to hunt them down to get an invoice and report. Next, after I hire them for repairs and pay them several hundred dollars for work, they tell me 24 hours before the repairs are to begin - after waiting several months for the schedule to open - that they can’t do the work after all. I’ve called this call Center twice to remind him to bring out the chimney cap that I need it for my chimney from the last time they were out here to check on my stove at the end of the season for when they came out to clean it to get it up and running for this winter and they never got the messages this call-center needs a lot of help
This is by far the worst company with which I have ever dealt. They have no professional ethics, and forget about customer service from them. I had one of their service persons come to my home to work on a free-standing gas heat stove. He determined the fan needed to be replaced, and agreed to try to locate one. I never heard back from him. I called the office and learned he had sold his business. I tried to contact him by phone, his vm box was full. I emailed him, got no reply.
