No Stars, only gave it one because you had to. I own a 2012 MNI Cooper. I took it in on May 19th. Their sign says HAND WASH. They used a POWER WASHER on the roof which destroyed the Union Jack graphic on the sun roof panels. There is a large hole in the rear panel and it is peeling away from the front section. They refused to take any responsibility and said it must have been a piece of s#*t (their words) to begin with. It will cost me over $300 to get it replaced.
