This association has entirely too many "employees", of which many are exploited as a part of "programs" to pay for their "rehabilitation services" where in turn they are forced to do disgusting jobs for no pay for a minimum of half a year. Also, this association receives far more tax dollars for their useless services than is worth their presence. They monopolize our tax dollars with little to show for it. They drive around midtown all day, accomplishing very little except to be seen doing nothing. How often do you spot them... read more
