Have absolutely no idea where these other people went but it surely wasn't here . Took two days to do a 10 minute job. Claimed multiple tests that were not done and in the end charged $125 to install a batter that required four screws to remove. And on top of that installed it without plugging in the vent tube so I had to pull it and put it in right anyways. Complete rippoff shop if your elderly. Don't know who recommended these grifters to my mother but you owe her $125.
Recommended5 out of 5 stars! I've been looking for a place to take my wifes and mine car for a few years. Just never fully trusted anyone. I finally went to Midtown, and I can kick myself for waiting so long. Paul and his Wife were so nice. Paul was up front didn't try and over sell me anything and fixed every issue. I can honesty say as long as I live in this area Midtown will be the only place I go.

Trying to make money off of people. They don’t like anything with a lift first thing they will say is the front end is bad. Tried to tell me week old parts all 3 of them were bad. Kind of a coincidence they all were bad aye.
For all the skeptical overly cautious folks that have been stung directly or indirectly by sorry behind automotive shops and dealerships....this is your solution. I'm not going to write a book here but Midtown is what you've been searching for. Paul, his wife, and the team know what they are doing and they so it well. Thanks

Nothing but great things to say about Paul and the staff here. Hoover wanted a lot more for a service on my girlfriend's 18 Jeep Cherokee and Midtown saved us almost $50 for a better grade synthetic service. And then today she took my 2014 Silverado up there for service and check engine light and they didn't try to sell any extra just explained what issue could have been but wasn't major and to come back if persisted.
