I had went to mid town auto sales to get a vehicle for my family and i, I had picked out a infinity suv 7 seater, a week after taking it off the lot the engine light had come on and the suv started to become hesitant when i pushed on the gas so i had taken back to them a week later, they not only let me trade in the auv for another but they are also giving me a free oil change, i couldn’t recommend them enough the staff are amazing and caring. I give 5 stars for midtown..

Bad communication and put weird rules on cars and Don’t even agree to replace a car battery for a test drive. When I ask a receptionist, I wanna speak with your owner. He said he left even though the owner was present at the shop. It gives the overall sketchy and scamming vibe.

Biggest scammers ever. The car have oil leaking problem. They told me they fix it before sell it to me, but it leaking after few weeks. I bring the car back to Midtown 3 times and they ask me to bring it to Master Motor - their auto shop repair 3 times. No place take responsibility to fix my car. They both cheating customers.
