Blew a tire right at exit 14, 15 minutes down the road from their location, AAA contacted them on my behalf. Midtown recieved the request but was unreachable and left me stranded for and hour and half before AAA finally decided to source someone else. Tried calling them personally with no luck either.
Left us stranded after not contacting us regarding a AAA service request to change a tire. 4hrs. Police came by and did the job .
