We had an emergency repair need while on a road trip from Ohio to SC. We were traveling with three kids and our dog, so it was more than appreciated how quickly Steven and Brandon got everything resolved and got us back on our way! Many thanks from our family to their team for their quick diagnosis, and repair!
Had an appointment for 10:30 for an alignment, how dare they get me in timely and charge me for the best alignment I've had on a vehicle. The staff, the mechanic that aligned my vehicle was absolutely friendly and helpful. If these people aren't working on your car, then there's a good chance you're being bent over a barrel. Hands down, best shop in Princeton. This is coming from a 25+ yr mechanic himself.
We blew a spark plug driving from Michigan to Florida, pretty nerve racking deal on a road trip... We called midtown from the highway, they were really nice and told us to bring it to them. Once we were there they were able to fix the issue and had us back on the road very quick! I can't say enough great things about this shop... If in need of auto repair I would recommend these folks! Thank you Midtown Auto!
