Murn Management took over Midtown at Camp Springs a few days before Christmas 2025. The property has suffered since. During the snowstorm, trash piled up around the property and it took days for them to BARELY plow. I have had management rudely call my phone inquiring about lease renewals on a Sunday without sending communications via the rent portal or email. There is not security on the property resulting in car vandalism. Management's idea of security is reducing the rent of police offers living on the property and in turn having officers ride the property here and there when they are coming and going. Also, they are on call when needed but the thing is you never know who is available when you call.
