ZERO star. Midtown appraisal was hired by a mortgage company I was using, this contacted me and communication was good at first, After I paid for the inspection they did they NEVER replied to my query and DESPITE ASKING MULTIPLE TIMES for a receipt or paid invoice I NEVER GOT IT. for my understanding if you paid for something legit you should be able to get a receipt. This is The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL company I have dealt with. People BEWARE, they will take your money then ignore you!!
