Terrible Shopping Experience -- poor quality of the earrings & the disrespectful response from the company I had previously visited the Surry Hills store and was impressed with their lovely merchandise, then I purchased online of more than $150. Received faulty ring and when I tried to communicate the customer service was unnecessarily unhelpful and accusatory and I had to give up with no result in the end.

Do not buy from this company, it seems we are not the first to be totally scammed as innocent consumers and it is very sad and upsetting . Poor quality products that don’t work, bend and according to others snap. They also have an illegal policy where they don’t accept refunds (super illegal). Have spent two months trying to obtain a refund for faulty earrings that will not do up and ever, purchased as a gift as per rights and Australian consumer guarantee.
