Horrible service in front desk!!!
Unloading was quick, but the lady at the receiving office was very disrespectful and arrogant. I asked her to sign the bill of lading instead of the order, but she wrote something unclear. When I asked her to date it, she again wrote something illegible. Her behavior was concerning, and I honestly don’t understand why companies hire individuals who may not be suited for customer-facing roles, possibly due to personal or mental health challenges.
Excellent service had an appointment 10:00 am check in 8:15 am check out 9:35 am . They have overnight also u can park on the street or in front of receiving docks .
