My wife has a high risk of breast cancer and needed an MRI to verify that she doesn’t have cancer. They rescheduled on her twice, forcing her to take time off from work unnecessarily. Finally, someone reached out and apologized and scheduled her for today. Her appointment was at noon and she showed up at 12:03 and they told her she’s late and that they’ll have to reschedule her again. Keep in mind there was a shift change at noon and being 3 minutes earlier would not have gotten her in any sooner. This shows a clear disregar... read more
