Five stars only because six isn’t an option. Late in the afternoon, our water line collapsed just as our new service was activated. I called Midstate, and they had a crew at our house within the hour. The team worked through the night and into the morning to uncover the damaged line, install a new one, and bring the service into the house so our water could be restored. We had to call Midstate for an emergency sewer line issue at work, and they responded quickly. A team arrived right away and worked fast and efficiently to resolve the problem. Will, Chance, Tim, and Levi provided excellent service. We truly appreciated their effort and prompt response. I would highly recommend Midstate for their dependable service.
