Worst customer service I’ve ever seen nowadays! Very entitled and the front desk guy should be fired! Had emergency braking issues with my ford and this place told me that I couldn’t afford them. Terrible attitude and acknowledgement of necessary service because this business now thinks that they are special and do enough work that they don’t need to help People in genuine mechanic assistance in emergency situations. Sad because this shop used to be owned by great people that have now retired. Do not go here!
If I could give 0 stars I would. My partner and I are locals in Aspen and have never had an experience like this. My partner went in with an emergency brake situation and the employee told him “he only works on German cars” our ford was not up to his standards I guess … even in an emergency case. He then told my partner he would charge an extreme amount if he did work on it (just to be rude and make a point). After an argument and a very awful customer experience, we took our car to Conoco in Snowmass. They fixed it for a go... read more
