This past Sunday (Jan 5, 2020) was my 4th time going to this Clinic and again, I had the best experience! Two times I went on the 4th of July in 2016 & 2017 for falls I had taken and required medical treatment as well as a tetanus shot. The entire staff was awesome in taking care of me! They were all professional but also very compassionate & had a good sense of humor which made me more comfortable as I have a fear of blood & needles. I've been here a few times and each time I go it is a different experience. One time it feels like I am getting great care and the next it feels as if I'm just another number waiting at a meat market. I had a PA today and she had no clue what she was doing. I went in complaining of a sore throat and cough and she seemed to get confused. Is it Strep? Mono? Tonsillitis? What do you for your profession?
