Just recently moved to the area and i had some extra money and was going into the shop expecting it to be similar to my old butcher shop with insane prices. Everything was very affordable, i went a 2nd time and got some bratwurst. I have lived in 10 different states and tried lots of local bratwurst, i can say without a shred of doubt their bratwurst blows any others out of the water that ive ever had. its $5 for 3, an incredible deal

The owner and staff are awesome. So kind. Offer up fresh specialty cuts to cook right away. They also recommend spices and rub for particular cuts of meat. Last visit they tenderized the 2 1lb sirloin I purchased. The steaks were perfect. I highly recommend. Ask where their meat is sourced. They will tell you! I haven't had a bad cut or ground hambuger from them.

Love this place they cut steaks to your specification the thickness and weight that you request they carry all kinds of different meat and they're all good they carry other Frozen things like corn fritters and breaded mushrooms spices just all kinds of things. The staff and owner are very friendly outgoing ready to help.
