Called and sat on hold for 20 minutes, then 10, then 15…… tried another department- the receptionist was rude and hung up to transfer me and simply said- “too bad, you’ll have to wait”. Terrible treatment of patients

Wildly incompetent. They wait until the day before to verify authorization, only to cancel at the last minute. I received a call just an hour before my appointment saying the machine was broken and they couldn’t take me in. Prior to this, there were repeated issues with insurance authorization, including incorrect codes submitted by the doctor’s office. It takes weeks just to get an appointment, and I’ve now been waiting four months for an MRI.
