The technicians (don’t remember their names) made me feel so comfortable and understood my anxiety and medical condition during my mri on 6/17/25 10AM they both knew how to take care of a patient who had reservations about doing a scan. The lower rating is because of the ridiculous wait time.

I had a 3:00 appointment for an MRI and received a call in the morning to ask if I was interested in taking an earlier 11:45 time slot. I agreed to the earlier appointment. After having an IV placed in my arm, I was instructed to sit immediately outside of the MRI room where another patient was being tested. I am no stranger to this assessment. Excellent ! Always so Professional & Courteous!
Women who performed my cat scan were excellent, however the billing Dept is a whole nother story. They were not helpful at all and I'm still trying to straighten out that mess. They said nothing is covered under my insurance, but after cking with medi Care and my secondary they both told me it should have been covered. So do your homework.
