Doctor 45 min late. I was being seen to arrange for a colonoscopy and his practice requires a consultation visit before setting up procedures. Most DO NOT. This Dr makes zero eye contact. Decided I needed 2 procedures instead of just the one I wanted. Gave no real reason why and basically left the office. He told his staff to set up appointments. I told both young ladies that I would not be having any further contact with this practice. Paid my $45 co-pay and I very comfortable with my decision to look elsewhere.
