Like a lot of previous reviewers I am disappointed by midstate freight depot. I have unfortantly had packages delivered by them twice and both time left me frustrated and angry. You depot hours are 9am till 4pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 9am-5pm which as someone who lives out of town leaves almost no time to pick up if you work normal hours. Add onto that you send back the package after only 7 days ( unlike Auspost which is 14 business days) my package arrived on a Friday and I got a message saying it would be sent back T... read more

Very disappointed I had every rights to be annoyed due to the fact when I am talking to an adult I expect an adult to know how to communicate not look at me with a dopy look when asked a question If you are the business own "Mick" that really owns 5 of them business maybe learn more how it runs because there is something called "priority one packages" & secondly if it's on a truck for delivery then it needs to say "out for delivery" the minute it gets scanned onto the truck not mid way through the day
