I did not have a good experience with this company. I paid almost $4000 for my fence and had a problem with my wood warping early on at the front gate. My gate door started to buckle and would not latch. I immediately contacted the company and they refused to fix the problem. I sent email complaint to the owner, certified letters, and they NEVER responded or fixed the problem.
