Took my car to them on a Monday that had been rear ended. They took pictures as you'd expect and sent me on my way. That Wednesday I call to see the status cause they hadn't sent pics to my insurance company yet and they said they would have it done by the end of the day. Fast forward to Friday and my insurance says they still haven't sent any pics or a recommendation! So I call them and am told that everyone is busy and they will call me back with an answer.
