The receptionist was happy at first to schedule an appointment for my desire to have a french drain put around the outside of my house. She then however asked if I had a finished basement and told me that I would need to remove the sheetrock from inside the basement before scheduling an appointment! Explained again the project that I wanted quoted, and told again that I wouldnt be scheduled unless I agreed to remove the sheetrock from inside! Midstate Basement was great. They came and did everything they said they would and resolved the issue of water in the basement. The job was a big one, requiring jack hammering through the basement floor, and the Ben and Eric were professional and courteous and good at what they do. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding service and very professional from the initial quote to the follow up after the repair. The gentlemen who came for the estimate were able to provide it on the spot and set up a date for the work immediately, which was great. Our repair specialist Lloyd was fantastic. It's been raining like crazy and the basement is as dry as a bone now. I would not hesitate to recommend Midstate Basement Authorities to anyone who needs repair work to their basement.

It was a pleasure to work with Midstate Basement Authorities. From the first phone call to the completion of the repair (a crack in our house foundation), I felt that the Midstate group really cared about us as customers. I highly recommend Midstate Basement Authorities. I had 2 concrete patios that had settled sloping towards my house causing a water issue in my basement. When I called this company the office staff were both friendly and professional, traits that definitely start with the owner Eric. All appointments were kept and on time. The day the foam jacking job was done Eric showed up on time and completed the job and cleanup in just over 2 hours.
