Horrible appointment schedulers. After calling and waiting over a day for a returned call, they scheduled an appointment at 1PM. At 1:30 PM when nobody had shown up yet I was told it was suppose to be 2:30, then someone else got on the phone and stated no it was 1PM - the person had not made their way over to see my mother yet. I was told they would reach out and get her over, nobody ever showed up. What horrible service - avoid this unprofessionalism at all cost. Didn't pay me after work was completed on a project even after I paid my employees for the work. Payment was promised in multiple emails. Will not return my calls or emails.

I cannot praise Midsouth Transition Medical Group enough ! They are the kind of healthcare provider that has has been needed for years - They really do provide care that is clinically excellent and keeps patients from falling through the gaps between acute care and post acute medical needs, especially with complicated needs.
